Erica Frances El Hilali is the author of Soul Capitalist: How to Take Back Your Power and Change the World. With an MBA and extensive executive technology, start-up, and finance background, Erica has honed a strategic and results-driven approach to leadership and personal growth. Over the years, Erica has developed a unique blend of business acumen and spiritual insight, guiding others to achieve their fullest potential both professionally and personally.
In addition to her corporate career, Erica is a certified Reiki practitioner and spiritual life coach. Drawing on a deep understanding of human energy and spiritual alignment, Erica helps individuals reclaim their power, connect with their inner purpose, and manifest transformative change in both their lives and the world around them. Her work integrates practical business strategies with straightforward holistic healing techniques, offering a fresh perspective on success, fulfillment, and personal empowerment. I hold my MBA from the University of Minnesota and a Master's Certificate in Organizational Leadership from the College of St. Catherine's. Additionally, I am a reiki-certified practitioner, and certified soul purpose coach.
I have experience hosting and co-hosting workshops around themes of finance, business formation, and spiritual topics.
I have been featured on several podcasts and formerly co-hosted the Cross Cultural Couples podcast. Additionally I currently Executive Produce the Leading Out Loud Podcast.
I have helped several executives in technology and CPG improve their leadership and change management as well as help new founders create their own businesses.
